We want you to feel good about shopping with us, including knowing what happens to your information when you do. Here's the honest, plain-language version.
What we collect
When you order something or reach out to us, we get your name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address, along with your order details. Payment info goes straight to our payment processor — we never see or hold onto your full card number.
We also pick up some basic technical details automatically when you browse, like your IP address and general browsing behavior, mostly through cookies.
What we do with it
We use it to get your order to you, answer your questions, and keep you posted on your purchase. If you've opted into marketing emails, we'll use it for that too, and you can opt back out any time. We also use it to keep the site secure and catch anything fraudulent.
Who we share it with
We're not in the business of selling your data. The only people who ever see it are:
- Our fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping, so your order actually reaches you (this means your info may be processed internationally)
- Our payment processor, to charge your card
- A handful of tools we use to run the store, like email and analytics providers
- Legal authorities, but only if we're actually required to
Cookies
They help your cart remember what's in it and help us understand how people use the site. You're free to turn them off in your browser — just know a few things might work a little less smoothly.
Your say in all this
Want to know what we have on file, get it corrected, deleted, or just want us to stop emailing you? Email support@[yourdomain].com and we'll sort it out.
The practical stuff
We're not set up for kids under 13 and don't knowingly collect their information. We hold onto your data only as long as we actually need it, and we take real precautions to keep it safe, though no system is bulletproof. If anything here changes, you'll see a new date at the top.
