Terms of service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to the following. Here's what it actually means, in plain terms.

Who can order

You need to be 18, or the legal adult age where you live. By ordering, you're confirming that's true and that the info you give us is accurate.

About our products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but screens vary, and mistakes happen occasionally — a wrong price, a typo. If something's listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to fix it or cancel an affected order, even one that's already gone through.

Orders and payment

Prices are in USD, tax added at checkout where it applies, and payment is due when you order. We can refuse or cancel an order — for fraud, pricing errors, or something being out of stock — and if we do after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Shipping

Orders go out through our fulfillment partner. Delivery estimates are just that, estimates, not guarantees, and things like customs or carrier delays are out of our hands. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Our stuff is our stuff

Our brand names, logos, product designs, and site content all belong to us. Please don't copy, reuse, or repurpose them without asking first.

Playing fair

Please don't use the site to break the law, mess with our systems, scrape it with bots, or submit false information.

Other websites

If we link to someone else's site, that's their territory — we're not responsible for what happens there.

The legal necessities

A couple of sections here are standard for any online store, and they matter more than they sound:

We provide the site and our products "as is" — we can't promise it'll always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits. If something does go wrong, our responsibility is capped at what you actually paid for the product.

If a dispute ever comes up, we ask that it go through individual arbitration rather than court, and not as part of a class action. If you're not comfortable with that, you can opt out — email support@[yourdomain].com within 30 days of your first order and say so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State].

If we change these Terms

We'll update the date at the top when we do. Using the site afterward means you're good with the update.

One more thing

If any single part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
