We want you to be genuinely happy with what you bought. If something's not right, here's how we fix it.
30 days to change your mind
You've got 30 days from delivery to return something. It just needs to be unused, in its original condition, with all the original packaging and accessories.
Arrived damaged, broken, or wrong?
That's on us. Email support@[yourdomain].com within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo or video of the problem. In most cases we'll send a free replacement or refund you fully, no need to ship anything back.
Returning an unused item
Here's how:
- Email support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and why you're returning it.
- We'll confirm you're eligible and send return instructions plus an address.
- Pack it up securely and ship it back with tracking. You'll cover return shipping for this kind, unless it was our mistake or a defective item.
- Once it arrives and we check it over, we'll refund you (minus the original shipping cost, if any was charged).
A few things we can't take back
Final sale items, gift cards, and anything used, damaged after it arrived, or missing its original packaging.
How refunds actually land
Once we've received and checked your return (or approved a no-return refund for a damaged/wrong item), we'll process it back to your original payment method — usually shows up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping costs aren't refundable, unless the return was our fault.
Refund taking too long?
Give it a bit, banks can be slow. If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved it and still nothing, email support@[yourdomain].com and we'll chase it down.
Exchanges
We don't do direct swaps right now. Easiest path: return what you have for a refund, then order the one you actually want.

Reach out as fast as you can at support@[yourdomain].com. Orders move to our fulfillment partner quickly, so we can't always guarantee a catch in time, but we'll always try.
